Purpose
Why this initiative exists.
K.A.I. offers a special free one-year training opportunity for Christian missionaries. This initiative is separate from our general agricultural programs and is not offered as a normal commercial course. It exists to give missionaries practical agricultural knowledge and hands-on skills they can carry into their field of service.
Who It Is For
Christian missionaries preparing for field service.
This program is designed specifically for Christian missionaries. Mission agencies can send suitable candidates to K.A.I. to take part in the training.

Practical agricultural skills can support a missionary’s work and community engagement in the field. Missionaries equipped with agricultural knowledge are better placed to serve alongside the communities they live and work in.
The One-Year Training

Practical Skills
Hands-on training in practical agriculture, delivered over a full year of demonstration farming and field practice.
Free of Charge
The Kuch-99 Farm Manager training is entirely free. It is a special initiative and is not run as a paid program.
One Full Year
The training runs across one year, giving participants time to build practical, applicable agricultural competence.
