Who We Are
An emerging institute for practical agriculture in Imo State.
Kuch-99 Agricultural Institute (K.A.I.) is an emerging practical agricultural training, research, innovation, and enterprise development institute based in Avu, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. We equip farmers, aspiring farmers, young people, agripreneurs, and agricultural professionals with practical knowledge and hands-on skills for productive and profitable agricultural enterprises.
We combine field-based training, demonstration farming, research, agricultural technology, entrepreneurship, extension, certification, and mentorship to bridge the gap between agricultural knowledge and real farm practice.

Our Mission
“To empower people through practical agricultural trainings, research and innovative technologies to achieve food security.”
Why K.A.I. Exists
The convictions behind our training.
Agricultural transformation begins with practical knowledge and skills.
Farmers need more than information. They need knowledge they can apply.
Sustainable agriculture requires competent, innovative, and entrepreneurial practitioners.
Bridging agricultural knowledge and farm practice is essential to improving productivity and profitability.
Practical Learning Philosophy
Students do not only study agriculture. They practice it.
Our students learn through demonstration farms, hands-on field experience, practical assignments, industry-relevant training, agricultural enterprise development, research, innovation, and mentorship. The goal is to develop competent agricultural practitioners who can apply what they learn and build sustainable agricultural enterprises.
